I've added the ability to found new cities both client and server side. I need another day to polish up the client program, and I need to find out what people think on the gui as well.

by the way you said it won't run in IE, however that is the only browser I have got it to load in.

it was IE8 btw, not sure if that makes a difference.

I get a 404 not found error in Firefox (3.5) and IE8
