Your wildlife pics are awesome David. They're quite majestic and very appropriate for the Independence Day holiday. Great news regarding standardizing the FAR pieces and of the forthcoming Beta. I'm loving them more and more as I work with them.

You'll recall that as long ago as February, I had done a couple of retextures of game road components that I did not care for the appearance of.

I've since amassed quite a library of road texture bits that I am now pretty quickly assembling into a more or less complete replacement of the game road textures.

Well, at least you've got Winter...    Of the nineteen miles that I drive to work everyday, nine of them have been under construction (including loss of lanes) for over a year... And it wasn't one large project, just a bunch of smaller ones.

We don't have any of those! We're lucky to see lower than 60 F degrees during the "winter" months.

And if there ever IS road cunstruction here, half of the money destined for the project goes to remodeling the head engineer's house, another part goes away when most of the building material magically disapears, and a last small part of it goes to the 1/10 of an inch thick layer of asphalt for the road.

Aside from that, I like the changes you've done with the standard road pieces. They look much better! They will definitly be in my cities once your finished.
