Excellent tutorial there. Only thing I could suggest is to use a few more trees where the Ped malls weren't necessary (I know you can't LE them...shame).

I'm not a big fan of Paris buildings in general ( just maybe related to the fact I have to work there ), but I do like your  nightlighting pics

Well, too "plopped" and "lifeless". I don't like those towers next to Parisian buildings which seems to be plopped. Your lotting is good, but try to see what Badsim and Yoman have done
