Show us your games oddities
« on: November 27, 2006, 11:29:48 AM »
I noticed that sometimes odd things happen in our games and thought it might be interesting to see some of the things the game can do.

Take a look at these for example

If you find some more odd stuff  lets see it here

Thanks Alfred.

I seen lots of other stuff as  well,  just got to find it happening at the right time and get a pic. As they say keep your eyes peeled you never know what we going to fnd.

How about trying to find all the gnomes and get pics of them. You know since getting the game, long time ago now it seems, I have never actually seen one of them. I know they are there but no matter what I do I can't find them.

Congrats on becoming a mayor TheTeacat!

Yeah, I would like to see some gnomes too. I also never ever seen them and they should be around somewhere or are they scared off by the massive non-EA material I grow in my cities?

I found a Gnome!!

look CLOSELY in the first o and you'll see a Blue red and white "Thing"
This is the Gnome

He 's a bit clearer in this pic

Just so you know he doesn't do anything except blink on and off for a few seconds once a month.

The location for him differs with each landmark and some he doesn't appear at all. I've got half way through the landmark menu but i believe that there are something different with the rewards buildings(only origional Maxis stuff)

I shall try and catch a few more of them if I can.

It's not only the game that does odd things, we do it as well, and more often, that's for sure. This is what happens when you overdue something.

This is what happened on one of my first atempts to build a land bridge

Luckilly I had this little water vacuum cleaner handy and problem solved :D
