Today we finish off our adventures through the Paddocks...For now.

You may remember in this update the Maraju-Yakapari Road?
...
Well, we're having a look at the start of it today, where it meets Sugarshed Road.


The Road twists and turns before reaching the intersection... this particular bridge is rather quiet.


Travelling past a cane block and small community. (I tend not to use that SAM Set in Res. situations, but this little subdivision doesn't really warrant the upgrade)


Here's the final intersection, the North Coast Railway also crosses here. The continuing road goes around some hills and joins the Bruce Highway at Farliegh (a town we will explore later on  )


A small Distribution Centre on the outskirts of the suburbs... this is kind've a transition from Agriculture to Suburbia... we'll continue down the road in our next update.



To celebrate the fact that Mackay has made it to OSITM I have a special offer, a set of three lots to create Cane paddocks with. The pack includes one "shed" lot, a 4x4 Cane lot and a 1x1 Cane lot... so you can create fields just like mine 
The lots have custom icons, descriptions and are in the top half of the Parks Menu... As they are not functional.

Nice one! Very cool but could you give me a link to the DL? All it was was a link to the start of the 3RR herre on SC4D. And congrats on the OSITM!  You TRULY deserved it!

some nice shots there Adrian, particularly the first one with the highway over the river. I also like seeing things like the two lonely gums in the field in your 2nd shot, such a familiar sight, often with cows or sheep gathered around them.

I wish I could use the cane fields in my (modern) recreation.  There used to be dozens of square miles of sugar cane fields along the rural coasts of the island back in the 1800's/1900's, but they're gone, and replaced (or soon to be replaced) by suburban houses.

The development is getting more and more urban as we go along.  I'm anxious to see what the rest of the estate looks like.
