@pat: Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed the Update.
@Ennedi: Great, that you found your way to Walker's Island.
@belfastuniguy: Thanks to you as well!
@kimcar: Thanks for your kind words.
@emilin: The remote beaches are always the nicest ones.
There is a boat shuttle to the beach every 30min, so it's not that lonely. :P
@bat: Thank you very much!
@Dave: Yeah I'm not so good at bigger cities,
that's why there are only 260.000inhabitants on the whole island. $%Grinno$%
@Joan: There have been several inquiries, if the beach could be developed.
But it did not pass the Senate. Thanks for your nice comment.
@Robin :Thanks to you as well, I'm glad you like it.
@nova vesfalo: The parkings are for the tourist,
who visit the beach, and also for the inhabitants who come to the shops by car.
I'm glad you like the Island anyway :)

@all: I recently work on Maya Beach.
You will find fields and plantations;
white, long beaches; but also suburban homes.
Here is a little preview.

Those homes look spectacular, my friend! What a view out of the back windows! Great teaser! I'll be looking forward to more!

Jmouse

Urban, you dog, you created those homes yourself, didn't you! :D I'm always in search of gorgeous single-family houses, but still don't have enough. (Single-family as opposed to apartment/condo mid-rises).
As always, I can't get enough of Walker's Island and look forward to your next update. :thumbsup:

Until next time...
Joan

I just checked in for the first time.  And looked through Walker's Island.  I love the tropical feel.  Give me the pina coladas.

Maya Beach

Maya Beach is a district within the city of Frederikshaven,
located between Frederikshaven to the east,
Josiah's Bay to the west, the
Pacific Ocean to the south, and the Nagon Mountains to the north.
The area currently has about 15,000 residents.

It is a very affluent and primarily residential area,
with a mixture of large private homes,
small (usually older) houses, condominiums, and some apartments.
It has a small central business district on Southside Boulevard--
consisting of restaurants, stores, banks, and offices.
It also includes some large parklands and many hiking trails.
Maya Beach is also known as "Where The Mountains Meet the Sea."

Maya Beach Golf Course

Beach Houses,
if you ever plann on visting those houses, you have to know,
that the beach within 3m(10feet) from the border of the house is private!
If you stay to the wet sand you can look at the all the mansions legally ()stsfd()

Wow, Maya Beach looks splendid, my friend! I love the pier shots, especially! Keep up the great work, and I'll be back to see what you've got in store for us next!

Jmouse

urban, I don't know how you did it, but you've managed to combine fantasy and reality to create stunning results.
And thank you so much, I truly enjoyed the pictures today! :thumbsup:

Until next time...

best part was that half invisible truck across the whole road  ;D really great job, exspecially with the  nice white sand beaches.

La Rochelle island is a gorgeous looking place, and your last update is looking great too.

@thundercrack: Thanks for your nice comment.
Well let's see what I have next.
1st of all the last pictures of Maya Beach
and after that...hmm not sure yet.
@Joan:You're welcome. Thank you very much!
@Pat Riot: Yeah the truck concerned
the secret service for weeks.
They didn't find an explanation though.
Thanks for visiting.
@kwakelaar: I'm glad you like both.
@sebes/Anatasia: Thanks a lot!
@stocktons_pimp: Yeah I just noticed,
hmm well that's where I got it from.

@all: Does anyone knows, where I can reach a member of the SCJU here personally?
I applied to the SCJu two times (the last time a couple of weeks ago) but i didn't get any answer.
So there is maybe someone who can help me...

Shadow Assassin

Why does this place remind me so much of Hawaii?

It must be the palm plantations on page 14.

It looks good, just like a tropical paradise should be.

Beautiful neighborhood set in lovely surroundings. Love those houses and wish I could find some like that.

Until next time...

Pat Riot

it looks beautiful, but the best part has to be the flora. you have probably the best tropical forests ive seen.
