I have just installed the steam version of SC4 Deluxe and the NAM.  When I create roundabouts, it seems that they don't carry cars, judging from the inquiry tool... instead, I end up with pedestrians walking great distances to businesses on the other side of the roundabout.  Is this a known issue?

We'd need to see an image of your roundabout to really know what's going on for certain.  But here's a couple possibilities in the interim:

-You're running a Left-Hand Drive (LHD) version of the game (where cars drive on the left side of the road).  There was an issue with the pathing in LHD mode on the Avenue Roundabouts, which was fixed in NAM Hotfix 301.

-You built a One-Way Road (3x3) roundabout and built it going in the wrong direction for your drive side, causing the roundabout to not function.

Also, I'm moving this to the NAM Place board.  Most of the people with NAM expertise frequent that board but not this one, so you're more likely to get help.
