My new project, a central bus & subway station with a great plaza 10x5:

I like the plaza/bus/subway interchange. This would look equally at home in a mediterranean placement (as you have shown) or any other type of city.

I know you have said that it is not yet finished yet, but I hope that there will be some sort of signage on this lot. In real life these sorts of areas tend to be bombarded with signs/timetables/directions/tourist information, and sadly of course, quite a bit of advertising. While I wouldn't want you to clutter the lot (as I can guage the style you're aiming for), I hope that you will include at least some of these elements in your final layout.

All in all, this series is quite delightful and it's great to see some focus on MBears great BATs

Nice work.  I would say that all of those buses should be facing the same way though (although now that I take a closer look it appears that they might be).  Also, more diversity of people would be good.

Bummer about your ST account. Try contacting a mod and it should be cleared up.

As for the lot...I want it, very, very badly.   

Simple and clean; not loaded down with unnecessary props. The underground parking structure is a great touch too and something I see all the time in RL but not so much in the game. My only concern is the garbage bin sort of stuck in the wall but apart from that, everything looks great.

Where are the buildings from? Are they your creations?

I really hope you create some more residential developments like this. We need more res complex lots and you have the layout down pat.
