These are similar to Pegs Utopian Mall Canals. 

I like your water Diggis.  This will be interesting to see how you go about making these.  Do you have any other stores in mind?  Old Navy, Aeropastale, Gap or Platos Closet?  Keep up the good work Diggis.

So I've got a bit more time to play.  I didn't like the 3 tier, so I've gone with the 2 tile and built it again from the ground up.





And a quick teaser of planned shops:



I'm pretty close to being happy with the fašade so it's a case of getting the interiors modelled and added in.  I hope to have enough that you won't get too much repetition which means this will take a while.  But so far, so good.
