Here is where new Japanese BAT releases will be announced. The first post will include a running list of all the BATs announced in this thread, with thumbnail pics and links to the creator's site. If the creator does not operate a personal site and posts work only to community bulletin boards like SimCity Force or Ragutaro's BBS, then direct download links will be provided. If the works are posted to a creator's own site, then only a link the the homepage will be provided.

I use Tokitori for his/her name (Excite). That is the person who did the dam and suspension footbridge about three years ago. I take it that there are random props as there are 40 models in the pack.
