You could use a target spot, change it from circular to rectangular, adjust the aspect ratio to fit your shape and make sure the hotspot and falloff do not exceed the sides of the sign et voila, it should light up quite nicely. If you combine this with making the texture self illuminating, the result should be closer to what you're looking for....although you may already know all of this in which case I shut my gob

I did everything you said... Wait... I didn't self illuminate the texture... Will have to try it out in a bit; see the effects...

Over at my thread you asked me how much I paid for my PSP - I got mine on sale at Best Buy for $69.99 USD - it was very rare that I caught that sale - normally they don't fall below $90.00 USD.

jmyers2043 - You are the guy carrying the globe; basically you made the casino's balconies stand out much better and have helped along the way, and like everyone else here, you carried the ideas and comments through this part of the casino's birth and I'm greatful.

jeronji - The small figure on the left under the globe; Bastion... I read the thread on Autism and saw your post - I thought that was perfect in a way to honour you, Bastion and your wife, and to tell you that you are not so useless as you thought before you joined the SC4 community.  In my eyes you, Bastion and your wife are immortal; you carry burdens with high heads and I respect you and everyone in your position for that.

joeleven - The little devil man on the right holding the pitch-fork.  I had to put you in some where, and it was perfect timing when you put that avatar up lol.

cali - Of course you are the "Beware of Children Sign", and it shall stay there until otherwise stated by me and me alone. 

kimcar - The legendary dog named "Killer," plated in gold for everyone to see.

Yoder7652 - Yoda (Bottom right opposite Bastion), obviously... The wise and powerful jedi night that helped a BAT apprentice in his time of need... Hey; that is goood...

Nope the sign won't light up indepenantly; it still haze that odd shade of blue to it...

That's a pity, but not surprising considering Gmax's inability to handle texturing and lighting properly. Oh well.  The fountain looks superb btw.

Yeah, and I can't afford 3dsmax let alone PSP... One of those sacrificies I guess... Thanks for the feedback anyway!

I'm going to leave you guys for a bit since my week starts again and I need to prepared what with coursework hand ins coming out and work starting to trust me; I'll try to get some more asap, until then laters and really appreciate your support.

I have only one suggestion : You may consider adding some transparency on the water, and maybe add some light spot on the water.

Thanks - Although the second version of Georgetown, Georgetown will be even better and hopefully with the help of the BSC I can solve some issues I encounted with each and every casino thus far; they sure have helped me with this one and you should have seen the comments about Castle, Castle; Those were the ones I really needed as I was developing the Casino itself...

Hmm... That would be a good idea since it is water... I'll have a go and post back when I get some results.
