Great picture.  Can you use LE?  If so try adding a small fence to those ped tiles and see how it looks.  I think it would look a little better.....maybe.  Just my humble opinion. 
Other than that, I always look forward to one of your updates.

Great update.  I really like the feeling I get when I look at these pictures.  Although there are a few buildings, in my opinion that could be destroyed for something more appropriate to grow in it's place.  Other than that though, I love what I see.  The BLVD, especially looks great.  Maybe in these areas you could try to add some more action.  Maybe some more people or even traffic would help.
At any rate a very enjoyable MD and I will look forward to your next update.
