Installing & using DAMN on Windows 10

Can anyone assist me in installing & using any of the DAMN plugins on a Windows 10 PC?  Please let me know if you need any other info.  Thanks

I'm using SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition loaded from GOG Galaxy which plays ok on Windows 10 thru the GOG app. I also own my own CD copies of SimCity 4 & SimCity 4 Rush Hour which I've used previously on Windows XP & Windows 7 with no issues.
I installed Damn Manager & SSPTool/SSPTool Plugin DAMN (also JAVA app) ok but none will run past the 1st setup menu.
I can load DAMN files (such as BSC DAMN Diggis Streams Grass Base Set) & the set will be added to the DAMN menu ok.

unfortunately I can not provide an answer for to this but have to join you with questions.
Did you manage to get it to work yet?

I am also trying to run SSPTool + DAMN Plugin on Win10 (Java v8.271). But I can not get it to work using the SSPTool.bat. It disappears after the language selection window.

In my system this folder "%windir%\SysWOW64\java" does not exist.


Maybe someone running this in a Win10 environment could enlighten us. Thanks in advance!

I stopped playing for a while but now started again. I loaded SC4 DE on GOG Galaxy & runs fine but still have same issues with SSPTool & DAMN Manager.

P.S.  My SC4 & SC4 RH DVDs don't work on Windows 7 any more either.  I tried a lot of fixes with no luck.

Any help will be much appreciated !
