sc4lot editor & plugin

Hi

I'm Bobbo662 - I haven't done anything for SC4 for over 5 yrs and decided to get back into making buildings for SC4. 

The problem I'm having is that I need a link to the SC4 Lot Editor and Plugin and any other program to make buildings and lots for SC4.  Can anyone please point me to the right direction?

For the lot editor and the BAT, head Here (if it doesn't work it's the support EA button on the left sidebar)

For the Plugin-manager (and also a more powerful lot editor), get the PIM-X from the LEX.
