BSC LEX Downloader worthless?

What does this tool do? I've followed the installation instructions. Both .dll's are in the Windows32 folder. I've tried using cleanitol results with it and still no results; and I assumed that it would pick up the 80+ downloads I manually downloaded via LEX. Whats going on with this program?

As I see it, the function "add to download list", disappeared from the exchange with the last upgrade.

No problem with it as far as I can see, I can add to the download list using the "Download List" button, I can view my list under "User Tools" and using the new LEX Downloader here

So I found out the BSX LEX Downloader is obsolete, and the LEX Downloader X is supposed to be the new and improved DL. Tried to use the LEX-DL- X and it just buffers for 2 seconds and does nothing. Am I missing something here?

I also didn't understand, couldn't get BSC LEX downloader to work.
Maybe it should be tagged as obsolete or something?
