Working on finishing of the skins. So far I have done skins for engines and cars for 5 different mods.

Need to finish of the night lights for one of them.

Speaking of nightlights:

Looks pretty good to me.  ;D

Thanks you again, Arthur.

You're really doing some fantastic work Arne  &apls  The current works I think are by a wide margin the best commuter trains ever made for SC4  &apls &apls &apls

Yeap, an excellent work Arne. You're by far my favorite train skin maker out there. :)

By the way, I managed to make an eye candy (ie, as virtual) tunnel-loop in the mountains, so that a rail line link the airport to the city center, ready for the N'EX. :P

do you do requests?

You could post in the New Transit Items Request area and dump a link to the post here.
I general I do what I like to do, so no promises.

I just have a quick question, not sure if it's been asked before (although I'm quite sure it would have been), but is it possible to determine what the last car looks like for passenger rail? What I'm getting at is, would it be possible to have an engine / locomotive (facing the other way, of course) at the end?

Would love that as well.

Its not possible to control the cars in any way.

Did ask Swamper77 when he was active.

Nice model btw, I love it. This train series is probably one of my favorite worldwide.

Looks very similar to the graphic on the homepage.

Think the engine is done. Well night lights is missing, but hey, its small job.

Wonderful progress, Arne.

Excellent work again Arne  &apls

vester

Thank you both.

Started working on the cars:

(BTW: No textures on other side :P )

Redone the doors, will copy them to the engine later on. Might remove the back door and one of the windows.
Then add a extra window (away from the others) like on the real one:

Well it looks like there different version of the engines:

At the moment the cars have 6 windows along each side. Will done an extra one.

Kitsune

wow great looking rendition. I've actually rode that train.. and even got lost in Shinjuku after deboarding that train.

Main problem is the installer script needs to do some more than I know how to do it, due to the extra optional car-files.
Have a friend that will have a look at it, but when he gets around to do it, no idea.....

While I was added it, finishing the N'EX, this idea came to mind:

Doing a version of N'EX with a blue roof.
