.. except the Gardiner is making me so use to claustrophobic highways that yours looks to wide with all that green beside it  :D

Keeps the NIMBY's happy ;)

Next to my highways, when space allows, I typically have:
1 tile of open grass area. Signs/lights can also be here. Also allows for easy future expansion within the existing right of way.
1 tile of forest plops. Reduces pollution
1 tile of sound walls. Reduces traffic noise and the 'landmark' effect increases land value for zones near the highway.

Looks great   Those 3-tile networks always look so nice!

I agree also as I love them to as they Blend and work VERY WELL with AVE 6/7.  Only wish there were more options for AVE 6/7 as in the region view Avenue while look and Bridges.  I use the Avenues as my State Highways and RHW for my National Highways.

Probably because the FAR intersection pieces are right up against the overpass. Leaving a one tile gap should resolve the problem, it looks like you've space to do that easily too.

I have a city that has 2 tiles in SC4... guess its good way to compare the old with the new

^^@hal: Looking good, though IMO that MISxAvenue intersection in the new version kinda unnecessary since the traffic from smaller road in top left could just go to the intersection instead.

Some of my highway coming down the hill and into CBD loosely inspired by Indianapolis and I70/I65.

ah Haljackey. I love your driving videos. By them, I get a feeling of how big SC4 regions actually get. They are not just nice looking, but become very impressive regarding the fact that the flyby scenery is built by yourself.  :)

idk where to post this but anyway, let me know what everyone think about this concept/picture
