Strange Bug

Well, ill make it as simple as i can to understand

When i lay an elevated rail or non-maxis overpass over Ground Highway, all traffic gets cut where the rail or overpass is. When car volume was deep blue, it just dissapears when i lay those things over. It does not happen when i lay maxis connections to the highway. Oh and im using NetworkAddonMod_Traffic_Plugin_B_Easy.dat 


Forgot to add this:  I have a comercial city next to a residencial and commercial mixture city. The problem is that almost 3/4 of the building on the comercial city say "Workers: None". It's like sims just dont travel there to work and the buildings grow without anyone working on them, although they say for example 70/80 in ammount of workers or whatever.   Could it be because of the simulator B ?? It is indeed quite a long distance to travel
