Hi.

I was playing with a map i downloaded from the stex but i did get pretty tired of it.

Can anyone recommend a map with enough challenge and has something of everything (islands, peninsulas, mountains, cliff y coasts, etc....)

Why don't you try this one, Mount Robson (LEX). 
This is the map the BSC members used when they play, BSC plays the game. BSC plays the game. (SC4D)  You can find some great work there.
Also check out this one Ennedi plays Shosaloza (SC4D).  One of the best examples.
