Just a small correction (?)

I believe the floor height that X-PIM is using is actually 3 m.

I was looking through .xml with definitions (dated 2009-11-05) and found out that usually the formula for R&C is:

Capacity = round( 3 + BiasedVol/(3*floorage_req))

where BiasedVol is Volume*min(1,0.51+(Volume/26000.0)**2)

It seems that Volume used for Capacity calculations is corrected downwards if it's lower than 18200 m3 (don't know why )
