Title: English language pack request

I really need an english language pack so if anyone can give me the SimCityLocale.DAT in English of the maxis simcity 4 folder he/she would be a lifesaver

There should be an English version of SimCity 4 included in any version of SimCity 4. Where did you get SimCity 4 from then?
