sometimes my buildings become "old". The occupants become zero and the buildings get rusty.
is there any cheat that fix this?
I just want to buiild for fun.

Just to emphasise, as is mentioned in that thread I linked, that you can do what you want using the Extra Cheats DLL as long as you plop everything and don't want it to be functional.
And if you use the LotPlop tool in the extracheats.dll, the Pause Button will be the best solution for dealing with Delapidation. ;D
