"Internal Error" in SC4-Tool when deleting texture

When trying to delete a texture in SC4TOOL, i get the message "Internal Error" and the texture cannot be deleted. IS this a known bug?

What is the exact error message? Is it just "Internal Error"
Also, do you have the .NET Framework installed?

Yes unfortunately its just a plain "Internal error" after confirming the "Are-you-really-sure-you-want-to-delete"-popup. I have MS .NET Framework 3.5 installed.
