If possible, to have NI cut out of the map so that the republic appears as water (IE NI would be an island separate from Ireland, and Ireland (and Scotland) would not appear on the map at all) If not possible, then that's fine as well.

I'm willing to make this myself is someone can help me with some of the finer points - like exactly where I can get a topographic greyscale map of ulster.
