VDK Watertaxi and Harbour Bus

Some time ago I made this watertaxi, inspired by the Venice Watertaxi.
It was going to be used with a new plug-in, Which would provide watertaxi to your canals.

The work on it kind of stop, due to the lack of terminals.
(Hint to the batter, make some terminals)

Swamper has help me remod it so it works as a passenger ferry instead:






I will work on another model and upload them together in a package soon.
There will be two mods of each model: a replacement mod and a additional mod.
The first one overwrites the default passenger ferry and the other just add an extra passenger ferry type.

Hmmm. Well, I have no idea how this is done, but GoaSkin at ST will be the one to ask.
At the moment he is studying abroad, so his sc time is limited.

These will just be working together with the normal ferry terminals.

At the moment I am working on putting the model for a harbour bus:

Working on getting the textures in place. Thinking of adding a few more details. Well time will tell.

I am done with the modeling. Now all I need to is import the model, all the textures and correct way to many numbers.......
(I hate this part of the automata modding, it takes forever and you feel stuck in the mod)

Might do the harbour bus in some different colors, like red, blue and green.

News update:

The City Council has requested a few changes after the first of test runs:
An Aircondition unit, that is going to be installed on the top of the roof.
A destination sign on the front of the bridge.

Vester, I might suggest adding a desto on the sides of this vessel, because that's usually the point of entry and the side facing the wharf.

Speaking of which, any chances of a new wharf? We sorely need a well-made alternative for the Maxis wharves.

Glad to see this is alive and kicking... What ever happened to the canal/subway thing you were working on with Goaskin, by the way?
