Very nice looking city, but I have to agree there is some life missing. Have you made some of these LOTs yourself and if so you may want to add some Sims to them. You can download the traffic generators and try to find a place for them in your city to creatre more traffic. Otherwise....it looks great.

I love your airport! It's very logically and realistically laid out. I may have to look into the terminals. Is it functional at all? If I were to offer any suggestions, it would only be to expand or upgrade your parking. Vast fields of parking lots are usually to be found near all airports, and there are a number of parking decks that are IMHO far superior to the Maxis ones (e.g. Simgoober, NDEX, modular parking decks). But that's only if I were to offer a comment, there's really nothing to dislike!
I'm also quite fond of all those low-rise office buildings in your most recent update of that excellent business park. I'm envious of your use of plazas and parks! Their textures all blend so well together. Also, I don't recognize the two similar grey and blue ones nearest the bottom of the image.
I'll have to keep an eye on this MD...

I was just checking the "who's online" feature to see if anyone was looking at my latest update, and I found this. I can't believe I'm missed so many great updates. I particularly like your rail networks and the airport. I'm also impressed by how you manage to build complex autobahn systems without having them dominate the tile. Great work. Update nr 13 - Viertel Lipptow und Stadtsportkomplex - Dictrict of Lipptow and Municipal Sports Complex
Today's something for sports fans - Municipal Sports Complex. It is located in the district Lipptow in the street Sportstraße, near junction Karlaudamm (Stadtring A10). This complex consists of the multifunctional stadium - LTU Arena and sportshall - Prinzhalle. There are also parking for supporters, buses and the subway station across the street. Nearby there is a pedestrian bridge over the urban ring, which is connected to the nearby S-Bahn station Manger. The whole project was designed by the famous architect of Monareich - Jens zu Manningen. It was built in 2001-2005.

In update 12 there is a water park along side of avenue. Where did you get this? That section you did is perfect. The sidewalks, the water park and the housing and commercial and fit perfectly and looks so realistic. Great work.

Update nr 15 - The final OSITM update - Revitalisation of the center of Altona - part 1 - Eichenstrasse
I decided to rebuild the center of Altona, using the gained experience. As the first to rebuild is the Oak Street (Eichenstrasse). This street was to be representative street of Altona with its many museums and government buildings.

The final result you can see below. The whole avenue is completely Transit Enabled;)
Also, it seems, I re-lotted some of the buildings.
