Thanks papa-j. Glad you like it

I did a bit more testing in full plugins. They look alright, even if a bit tetris-like, when grown together in an 8x8 grid  ;)

The trick is to make sure they don't become too weedy like almost every 4x4 item  ::)

Double WOW!!
The first tower is just of the perfect size to be in home in almost every kind of city, and the second ones are a really great idea, that cannot stop reminding me of Deadwood's raised parks, which are also inspired by Japanese architecture.

Nice re-creation! Bass Hall happens to be located in my hometown.  :) I may have even performed on that stage a few times.  ::) Thanks for sharing yet another gem with us!

FrankU

Nice building!
But did they really dump these airconditioning stuff on the roof just like you did? Shame on them!  :'( a good way to spoil such a fine architecture.

Thanks guys! The closest I've been to being on stage is when I'm escorted off it by security  :D

The actual Bass Hall is a modern building in the Post Modernist Style, which the architect, for whatever reason, described as European. The original is most certainly not.
Additionally, the benefactor, Nancy Lee & Perry Bass were devout Methodist (I'm not saying there's anything right or wrong with that before folks accuse me of being a satan worshiper) and the iconography was heavily redolent of the angel moroni (LDS and Methodists share distant roots). It was batted as a request, but neither the style of the architecture nor the decorative heraldry was to my taste.

So I changed the whole thing. You can use google street view to see what I have and haven't kept in order to make it, as the architect himself described, as European  ;)

With Christmas around the corner, useless catalogs are landing in my letter box every day.

Who knew such a product existed:

So, with Simgoobers FUKITOL factory in mind, I made a Whoop Ass Factory.

After all, those condiments have to made somewhere, right...and who in their right mind wouldn't love to give Whoop Ass as a gift?  &hlp

My sim-students will be happy to know they can finally put some cheap flimsy furniture in their 10m square over-expensive flats. :)
