I never have taken the time to do one of these "click for full sized image" but I know that I will have to at a certain point. The way that I was thinking it was done was making two pictures of whatever image you want (one being the appropriate discussion board size and the other the full size), upload both of them to your hosting site and link the full size picture to your other image so that you are redirected if you click on it.

Is this how the creators that are experienced in this do this or is there a better more efficient way?

P.S. I was not for sure where to place this question but thought this was probably right.

You can enter this code:

[url=http://xxxxxxxxxxx.jpg][img width=500]http://xxxxxxxxxxx.jpg[/img][/url]

Where 'http://xxxxxxxxxxx.jpg' is the address of your picture (obviously).

This way you only have to upload it once.

You can put any number in the 'width=' bit to get any size you want.

be warned though, the width thing only resizes, if its a big file then it will have to download the whole image before resizing.
