I have seen downloadable regions on the STEX not sure about the LEX can those regions be terraformed once they are in the game?

Hi Deanva,
Between STEX and LEX, there are literally hundreds of downloadable Region Maps (there may be some duplicates between sites). All of them can be terraformed using either God-Mode or Mayor-Mode terraforming tools in-game. Depending on what you want to do, they can also be modified by third-party tools such as SC4 Mapper, and SC4Terraformer (both available here).
