Taggies Vineyard Box

I am running a clean copy of SimCity and the only Agriculture is from the LEX DVD.   I followed the LEX DVD instructions and downloaded  all the external dependancies not included and everything seems fine until Taggies Vineyard appeared with a pretty brown box.  I read the documentation on Taggies Vineyard but it did not offer any clues on a missing prop file.

Here is a shot of the lot.   Anyone have a guess on what I am missing?

You need to install the Dutch houses pack from the tag_one folder in the Residentials section of the DVD.
