The one thing that jumps out at me though, is that you are using the same tree over and over again. Try to mix them up a little....or at least turn them so they look different.

I have a suggestion: I see that the textures are showing through jeronij's canals in the Millennium Dome lot. You should make the base textures underneath them transparent. If you don't know how, check out this tutorial (http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=23.0).
BTW, where did you get the textures for the construction roads? I know they are made by squidi, but I haven't seen them around.

i think its also even better to use smaller groups and more single persons to get more variation into it even if it is much more work ;)

It's a central station LOT that I always would like to see like that, a place where peoples can take the taxi and a big plaza.

technical note - the people in the pic are almost a part of the TSC - Plop people MOD that I have tested.
That's a beautiful Central Station Arthur, nice details and great use of props.
That People Plop Mod is going to be very useful.
Great lotting work Arthur :thumbsup: I enjoy looking at all the details you put into it! The taxi place looks great although it could use some more taxi's. There's normally an endless row of taxi's waiting near stations ;)
