Title: Alaskan Way Viaduct--Seattle
Post by: Neofita on February 06, 2011, 02:31:00 AM
I watched a TV movie about Seattle.
I became interested in the highway on viaduct. Is it possible to make the highway like what you see in the pictures
Maybe as a puzzle with enabled transit. The problem probably is that with 3 levels.

It is possible and has been discussed before, the main problem with it, however, is that the traffic will randomly jump between the different levels of the road. (the same happens with road FLUPS going under roads, streets, avenues, etc).

There were plans originally involving Maxis Ground Highway double decking over regular Avenue, however we have lost contact with that modder. Not all has been lost, but now the focus is more on using that concept for RHW.You may have heard a long time ago request for double decker RHW. Now that El-RHW had been done, this concept is more of a possibility. It will not look exactly the same, but there is a chance you will eventually be able to mimic that, but after a long time of development, but your also not going to get the no parking, one way, speed limit and stop signs on the support beams down there. However, triple decker, IDK.
