The Best Plugins

Hi all.

I have read some of the Mayor Diaries and I must say I am mightily impressed.  A lot of them use custom content, so as the title suggests.

What are the BEST plugins/mods/downloads to have for SC4?

well they are with so much there are hundreds of downloads ,but if I make a list you should have
-RHW
-NAM
-a terrain mod
-a Tree Controller
-CAM
-GLR (if you like trams)

And then make these searches on the STEX
high-rise = NDEX
mid-rise & low-rise = Sim Goober
industrial =Tag-one
and the list goes on and on

Wow.  I've spent over an hour downloading the top five in your list and having a play.  I must say again WOW.  So much more to do now.

It's going to take me for ever to design a region/city now lol.

Any-more suggestions.

The Rural Rennewal Project has some neat things to spruce up your land (fences, flowers. etc...).

Also to check out Manchou of Jmyers for nice farms.
