(FIXED!!)Strange lines across game screen(FIXED!!)

I'm getting these weird lines across my one city and I want to know why because they are very annoying and I want them to go away. They also appear in underground view. Here's a pic:



Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

EDIT: This problem has been fixed, I simply went into the problem city, saved and exited, and it fixed itself
