This is the first edition of Troix here in SC4D. If you didn't know what Troix is, it is a story about struggle and success. It will involve narration similar to a play as well as first person accounts of citizens in Troix, from the commoner to the President.

Troix (X /tʁwa/; Japanese: 三 San), officially known as the Confederation of the Three States (French: Confédération des Trois États ; Japanese: 三国同盟 San-Koku Dōmei), is a nation located in the middle of the Almekian Ocean, located between the Continent of Almekia to the East and the Continent of Sanriku to the West.

Troix is an archipelago of 9,206 islands. Troix was compromised of 3 main islands of Halcon, Iban, and Yoho, together accounting for 90.23% of the total land area. Troix has the world's largest population, with over 3 billion people as well as additional population of 12 million overseas... (To be Continued...)

Troix is actually a union of three separate states called Halcon, Iban, and Yoho. Of the 3 countries, Halcon first gained independence on May 21 while Iban followed on June 6th and Yoho on June 23rd of the same year. Several newspapers like The Times of Troix and San Shimbun published the event in detail.

A Short Story (10 syllables per line)

Why 10 syllables per line?
I was reading A Midsummer's Night's Dream by Shakespeare and I found out that in 1600s, all the plays were written in 10 syllables per line... Now, I am attempting to do the same -- in 2011.

An old gallant chiding forest of fear,
Lies a town bounded with mortal changelings.
With carelessness falls upon ol' townsfolk,
In greater fear no man hath set upon,
A blaze that would destroy the quaint commune.

A quaint town lies forgotten mortal souls,
With disaster eating away feared folks,
They lose all of of their livelihood being.
All the mighty becomes the very weak,
All the giants become the poor midgets,
All the living became the putrid dead.

It becomes the unforgivable truth...
This is where the true life begins the new fire.

A Japanese Version also included:

恐怖の古い勇敢な批判する森林、
嘘が町は殺人チェンジリングで囲まれる。
不注意では、オール'町民に落ちる
大きい恐れてだれにもかれらは、時に設定
古風な趣のあるコミューンを破壊してしまう火災。

災害では、恐れていた人々を離れて食べる

Its great to see someone put so much effort and passion into producing something that they won't be paid for or recognized for beyond this community  Producing a city takes time no matter what, but to write in such a style, bilingually, and then provide such realistic and in depth papers/statistics must take a lot of effort. Nice work!
