Hi,
This is the thread for all weathernuts like me (i suppose we have some among us). ;)
Here you can post how your current weather is (please not only temperature readings), or you can tell us something about the climate which your location has, i'm sure that will be variety considering this site has over 1500 members from almost all parts of the world.
Well here in Bremerhaven it is sunny and hot but also very muggy with currently 27°C (81°F) it is supposed to climb up to 30°C (86°F) in the afternoon. For the evening hours a chance of thunderstorms are forecasted hopefully with rain since it hasn't rained in the whole month sofar and also April was already quite dry here.

Got one here. ;)
Sun's rising here in Daytona Beach, Florida, (USA) with the temp around 72°F, not a cloud in sight.
It's pretty warm here in Wolfsburg, northern Germany. Around 27°C. It's 11:27 and the temprature will definetly rise untill 16:00, when it's getting colder again. No clouds either btw.
Here in Bielefeld, NRW (Germany) it's "fair" (in german: "heiter") and around 25°C.
8C outside right now.
Was 13C yesterday and raining heavily.
We had a sudden and heavy thunderstorm yesterday evening around sunset (9:45 PM) with heavy rainfalls.
Today it's nearly as warm as yesterday with 28°C, but the low humidity makes it much more comfortable. (28%). :satisfied:
At the morning of this day we had a nice and warm day, but since 13:00 it rains and at the afternoon there is a thunderstorm.
The temperature is more than 21°!
Weather is nice here in WOB, no bad weather-moment this day. Dunno what will happen, but all looks very clear so far.
Here (México) some rain but it cause more hot... 40º this and next month, at nigh it come down to 25º :'(
It's 31°C again in Bremerhaven together with a high humidity, really terrible, if those hot weather will continue in the next weeks than i will have to get an air condition, it's barely possible to work on the computer under these circumstances.
Our average daily Maximum temperature for June is 19°C btw, i hope it will get back to average very soon.
Same here in Berlin, it's just incredibly hot but fortuatly it's not that sticky as it is at the north sea coast. Though, our PE teacher today decided to torture us and made us playing football out in the merciless burning sun.
It's showering a lot today but on a comfortable temperature level with temps a little below 20°C, so still warm enough not to wear a jacket (besides when there is a shower).
hi? i'm living on earth.
it's shinning, i'm waiting rain
$%#Ninj2
Here we have Fog with a taste of Mist Patches and a temperature of 58°F here in the good old city of Pittsburgh Pa.
Very, very gray today. My poor clients are complaining a lot $%Grinno$%

Still raining. It's been keeping up for the last week or so now, but it's gone down to showers. 15C and windy during the day (not a good combination). It's expected to get even colder.
*sigh*

Canadians consider this weather warm. :P
its 10 degrees here, (C). And its really humid.
It also rains here, 17°C!
Here in Berlin weather is unbearable. It's still 26 °C and so darn sticky. I'm waiting for the tempest coming from the west...
Pretty changeable weather here too. ;)
In the morning hours we had rain at a temperature of 12 to 13°C and a really chilly strong northeastern wind.
During noon the rain stopped and the wind turned to East-Southeast and the temperature climbed up to the maximum of 21°C. Also the dewpoint rose up from 11 in the morning to 18°C in the afternoon, making the air very muggy.
In the afternoon showers set in and the temperatures remained around the 20 degrees mark and the air became very dampy.
Now it's cloudy at a Temperature of 17°C
More rain.
5m swell out on the Harbour, lots of rain being dumped where I live, and winds up to 100km/h. Over 100mm in 48 hours, I think. Add another 200 from last weekend, and this is turning out to be one very wet June. We haven't had this much rain in June since 1964.
Not a good combination. :P
Don't know what the rest of the week will hold. The people up in Newcastle have to put up with more rain, after they had to clean up after last weekend's storms. The Hunter River rose by 10m, and almost breached the levees in Maitland, just NW of Newcastle. Widespread flooding. A big oil tanker ran aground last week, and they were forced to postpone the removal of said tanker from the beach because of the swell. They've had to fill the hold with water to keep it in the one place.
We get this after something like three years of below-average rainfall. For the people in Newcastle, something like five years.
Another update on the weather in the Sydney region.
NSW waits for 'worst storm' of the month (http://au.news.yahoo.com/070422/2/137ai.html)
The third low-pressure system (with accompanying rain and wind) in two weeks is expected to hit Sydney tonight. With winds above 125km/h, it will be very dangerous. Combined with the poor conditions from last week's bad weather, more trees than ever may be uprooted - due to the rain weakening root systems. This is expected to continue into tomorrow, 12C during the day (not accounting for wind chill; with wind chill, it'll be about 4-6C). Many homes might get some damage, because of flying tree branches and the like. I have a suspicion my school's roof is going to suffer a lot of damage, having been damaged in last week's rain, with leakages in many places.
Blizzards are expected to hit the mountain regions of Sydney as well, with possible ice tomorrow morning. We might get some snow in this part of Sydney, which has never happened before. But then again, it's only the third week of June and the alpine regions are enjoying lots of snow.
It'd be even worse if a fourth low-pressure system formed...
Today we have a very warm weather. The temperature lies around 25°C! :)
Today it is 92F (33C) with a heat index of 102F (38.8C) (Heat Index is how hot it feels to a human, it factors in humidity and the strength of the sun) and humidity at 98% as there was a thundershower yesterday.
Apparently there are severe thunderstorms on the way, hopefully it will cool off to 75F (23.8C) or so tonight with the rain.
Cheers,
Kevin
Jackson, Mississippi, USA
Fine weather here, in the afternoon we had 23°C with 50% humidity. now it's still 19°C with a sun very low above the horizon. It's thousand times more comfortable than the heatwave we had a good week ago. :satisfied:
Beastly hot here in Virginia Beach. High 90s, heavy humidity and thunderstorms moving in as I speak from the west. Oh well, the TS drives the tourists into the bars and shops, so it isn't all bad.
it was rainy and overcast here in TN finally rain in 8 weeks....this summer has been in a drought and our rainfall deficit dipped as low as 12 inches...looks like the front is moving ur way shoreman
Thunderstorms are inbound here. WEEEEEEE. lol. I'm now going to go stand outside and hope to get hit by lightning. LOL.

Filasimo Right you are. We had a heavy front bearing down on Hampton Roads that will cool it off and drop plenty of rain. The ags out here will love that, it has been dry except for quick thundershowers and they don't help the farmers much.
yeah we needed the rain that fell today cep i hated driving in it when i had to work all morning
Well actually i was aiming for another sunny and a pleasantly warm day, but instead it's overcast and very muggy
here 27°C (80°F) with a Dewpoint of 18°C (65°F) at least i hope we will get a thunderstorm soon... &mmm
Today we have a warm weather with 25°C! But at the first days of the begin of summer holidays (which starts today ()stsfd() ) there will be thunderstorms and rain clouds!
It's rainy and very windy today, with 7 Bft on average wind. And the current Temperature of 12°C makes it feel more like autumn than summer. Nevertheless we coasteners are used to it. ;)

Its pretty hot here, 88F (31.1C), with high humidity and no wind. We haven't gotten rain for days either, so everything is dried out. Really hoping we get the storms we are forecasted to have tonight. Could at least help break the temperature for tomorrow.
Well looking back at the past seven weeks it has been quite rainy, with average temperatures and with only a few days
of temperatures near or above 30°C. After having almost mediterrenean like summers in the past years, this weather seems to be quite abnormal for some folks here.

And also today, was like most days this summer has been, cloudy with lots of showers, Maximum was 19°C, during a shower this afternoon the mercury soared temporarily down to 13°C... &mmm ;)
Well, here in Birmingham, AL, USA at my parents house it is currently 91 F with heat index of 95 F, cloudy with scattered rain showers. Humidity is at 100, its nearly impossible to breathe.
In my home city of Jackson, MS, 200 miles to the southwest, it is 93 F with a heat index of 102 F and clear. 50% humidity, which means that it is possible to breathe outdoors but is by no means a dry heat, like you would find in a desert.
The summer weather here is miserable.
Cheers,
Kevin
We've had a "cold front" move in so we're only in the mid-90's today here in Baton Rouge. &Thk/( It's been over 100 the last few days. Pretty darn hot when mixed in with this humidity. Luckily we have a hurricane headed our way, so that should cool things off. ;)

It's raining heavily in northern Germany today, since a low pressure system with lots of rain is turning around us.
So far we had already 4.0 mm of rain. What is weird is that the rain came from the East usually rain arrives from Southwest, West or Northwest. It's not all too cold though with currently 17°C (63°F).

So it's around average for August.
A nice and toasty 27C today.
Keep in mind it is supposed to be winter in the southern hemisphere.
Rainy and 15°C outside. Autumn is coming early this year.
Nice day with sun, 20C!
28 consecutive days with 90F++ -- eight of those days 100F or more. Less than 1 inch of rain in 1.5 months. Now we have mandatory water restrictions for outside use. Is it autumn yet??!!
Today was 26C. First day of spring's tomorrow.
Rainy and 15°C here, autumn has already started a few days ago.
After hitting 35 a few days with smog so thick you could take a knife to it, todays its a mere 17, with a high of 22 on the waterfront here in Toronto with a crystal clear sky and extremely calm water conditions. That said, the water level is still about 20cm below normal, and we badly need rain! Although, no water restrictions for Toronto - the city gets all of its water (bad water I might add) from Lake Ontario....
Overcast, with Rain in the forcast

Here in Bielefeld it's also sunny, but cold (ca. 12°C)!
It's 56, and Rain.... Thanks To Humberto!
It's sunny but cold here also. 14°C currently. Autumn has arrived. :)
Well, summer is done in Mississippi! Its now 72F (22C), which is really cool considering that a week ago it would have been 90F (32C) by 11 AM. The high today is 81F (27C), while a week ago the high was 98F (36C) with a heat index of 108F (42C).
Apparently it was 65F (18C) before the sun came up and that would be downright cold to me!
So, to all of my European SC4D companions, if you ever feel the need to visit the Southern United States in summer time just remember that it gets really hot early in the year and stays that way until mid-September!
Cheers,
Kevin
It's sunny today too, but a little bit fresh outside (okay, now it is 07:30 in the morning)
Good Morning here at the coast it's a bit cloudy but already quite warm (for september) with 17°C, might be possible that we hit the 20°C mark again. :satisfied:

FIRST RAIN SINCE AUGUST!! &apls
Sunny and frosty in the night. Today (Yesterday) we reached of 11.6°C, currently we are already down to 1.2°C.
We might get a decent frost tonight.
It's 70F and overcast at 6:30 pm here in Central Texas. Tomorrow it's going to be 81F and partly cloudy. A couple of days ago it was in the 40s.
This is just normal weather in Texas. Like they say, if you don't like the weather here wait 15 minutes and it'll change. :D

John that is not fair at all..... Here in Northern Wis its currently 15 and Snowing heavly...
Here in Toronto, I want to go hide under a rock!!
There calling for 10-15cm of snow (4-6 inches) tonight and into the morning, followed by 15mm of freezing rain (just over half an inch) and then 25mm of rain (1 inch). The issue here is the rain will be falling with temps around 1C/34F, meaning the city could be in for a monster of an ice storm if that Temp drops a little. Not pleasant at all!

It's colder than usual here. About 15C right now, will be 23 tomorrow (average is normally up in the high 20s - 27, 28)
It's odd. It's supposed to be summer, yet this is the first time ever that we've had a December average that's actually lower than the October and November averages.
Then again, the Antarctic regions are experiencing record levels of ice growth...
-2.8°C (27°F) at the moment and partly cloudy.
The temperature is forecasted to drop until about -6°C tonight.
That would be the coldest temperature in this winter season (so far it hasn't dropped below -4.5°C).
If the sky clears up completely then we could reach the -6, so we will see.
Today is a fine Sunday morning in inner Brisbane. It is Autumn here, but it hasn't got cold yet, it is still quite warm ??? and it stays warm until May (normally) when one day the temperature normally drops by like 12 degrees C from 28 to 16 or 15.
&idea then winters here.
But it is the day of equal hours (12hr dark, 12hr night) which is I think during the week sometime. Its sort of funny, it gets dark earlier and earlier but you never notice until its like 6:20PM and its already dark (in summer, it can be light as 7pm or later) and then in winter it gets dark at like 5pm or 5:30! $%Grinno$%
We don't have DST here, so its the same time all year round. But I like it in summer where it gets light at like 4AM and you can do stuff at early hours in the morning. ??? I remember a few times waking up at 3am (still dark) and deciding to get up and do stuff. Of course, thats pretty bad for the biological clock!
:-\ My least favourite thing about the approaching winter is when I have after school events to attend (some end at 5pm) and it usually takes me till 6pm to get home, so in winter on quite a few occasions I hop off the bus im complete darkness and trot down our streets in the shadows like a prowling cat :satisfied:
O well, winter is unavoidable. Mayse well brace it for all its glory...
It snowed a bit here yesterday and last night, first snow cover since February 2007!
As a winternut, i'm loving it. :) :satisfied:

Even hotter where I am Paroch!! Feel quite smug the UK being hotter than australia
sunny weather all week apparently with highs of 26 celsius today
but why does the good weather have to come when you have exams? Why?
Yeah, but remember, we're coming into winter? Of course it would be warmer in the UK!
Sunny weather, almost no wind and 25 °C ;D

Another sunny day with 24°C (76°F) and a pleasant breeze.
For a week now, the Netherlands are one of the warmest places in Europe (which is quite unusual) with temperatures above 25°C! It's also very :sunny:
It's a lovely 25°C here in Northampton, UK. :)
5 C... The coldest day since March... :(
25 C... Was the warmest this whole year...
Today it is 7 C...
Today it got to around 60 degrees (F) and cloudy, with a little bit of showers late morning. A few days ago it was in the mid 90s though :O
Currently in my hometown (Zacatecas) 16° C not too cold neither hot...
Jacksboro, TN, U.S. 73 degrees farenhight. With a F4 tornado touching down 1/2 a mile down the road
Parramatta, NSW, Australia: Currently 52°F / 11°C...
Low tonight will be 40°F / 4°C.
Wellington, New Zealand:
Cold (9°C) and a bit rainy. To be expected, as it's almost officially winter. Doesn't mean I like it, though... ()sad()
When I woke up and opened the curtains it was raining.
When I went to the shop for milk it was still raining. Only heavier &mmm
When I look out the window now it is still raining :(
Current Nearest Observations:
cloudy 12°C
NE (15 mph)
Relative Humidity (%): 96,
Pressure (mB): 1009, Rising,

with strong winds forecast
And the forecast is for rain on and off for the next 3 days too :'(
(and here in the UK we are heading towards a typical British summer - wet)
Good for the plants I suppose ::)

Just plain awful. The worst weather I've ever seen in Western Oregon in late-May/early-June--it looks like February or March.
Extremely dreary overcast skies, and it just started going bat-crazy raining a couple minutes ago. Been like this for a couple weeks now, and it doesn't look like it'll really let up until the middle of the month.
55F/13C right now (8:28pm PDT).
-Alex (Tarkus)
Last night we had a lightning-storm, with a extraordinary number of discharges (about 50.000! That's about 1 discharge per km2!).
Rain, more rain and visibility's crap because of the fog. :P
59F/14C.
Low's expected to be 51F/10C.
Its morning here. I just woke up and looked out the window. Sunshine, no clouds at the sky, no wind, the ocean is so silent it could be used as a mirror. So far just 15 Celsius. But i guess its getting warmer during the day.
And the best part : I'm not working today. :D
It's a typical winter's day here (apart from the clouds, that's really weird).
For the Americans:

And how I (and most of the world) view it:

Mildly chilly here. :P
15C... low of 10C tonight.
We are probably getting the last summer day of the year here in Bremerhaven. :sunny:
(summer day is defined in Germany as a day where the maximum temperature reaches 25°C (77°F) or more)
Right it's now it's 2:18 PM here and the temperature has currently reached a temperature of 24.1°C (75.5 °F)
The sky is clear, apart from some thin cirrus layers.
The weather in Gdynia today looks... sad. Everyone in my family suffers from a little depression today. ;)
Well, it's cloudy and kinda cold outside. Looking out the window, it seems like it's going to rain.
15C, and in the night it's going to be 9C - 11C.

In Virginia now it's like what Sheep49 just said it's like in Poland - wet, rainy, cloudy, dreary, depressing. Unseasonably cool, it's 67F or 19C out. Clouds expected to move, roughly, nowhere, in the next day or so at least.
On the other hand, it's unseasonably warm here in Sydney.
32C (89.6F). Currently sunny with a pleasant breeze. Thunderstorms expected later tonight.
And we only just left winter 13 days ago.
Oooh toasty... I can tolerate heat a lot better than cold... Got sunny and warm today, somewhat cloudy.
... It's windy.
We're in the middle of a heatwave... it was 32 today.
Sunny and 60 F in Roseville, Michigan
It's autumn now, so that mostly means our weather is rather rainy and windy.
And so it is tonight- it's raining lightly at a temperature of 12.4°C (54.3°F). Only the wind is missing. ;)
I must say i'm already looking forward to winter. :satisfied:
It's just like in Germany here: cold, rainy but not windy :P
temperature - 12°C
76 F today and sunny. Awesome fall day in Michigan ;D
Jeez, and our temperature's dropped back right down to normal winter levels. It was 10C last night... rather chilly compared to the warmth of the few days before that.
is it raining at your end SA? had a warm sunny day then today it's been cloudy with showers.
It's rather sunny and the sky is clean. Ideal day for a picnic in September. ;)
16°C, and no wind ;D
60F and cloudy and rainy and dreary and wet and depressing and :( and it's not supposed to be this cold here this early and it should be sunny and 70F or more and i'm tired of typing so how's the weather in YOUR neckadewoods?
Raining at a temperature of 11.0°C (51.8°F) outside.
The next days will be rather unsettled here with a mixture of sunshine and showers accompanied by high winds.
I love it. :satisfied:
Simply 10°C - No wind, clear sky. :)

55 F and cloudy :( I want summer back! :'(
Rainy! Not constantly, but very frequent. Temp.: about 15oC
For once, I can say absoultely perfect!! Warm, not humid, sunny, breezy... just perfect!
It was quite showery in the past three days.
We already received 35 mm of rain so far- that's more than half of the monthly average of 65 mm.
Right now it's mostly cloudy and chilly with 9.5°C (49.1°F) outside.
It has been raining from 6 am to (currently) 5:15 pm at 13 degrees Celcius.
It's raining continously here since yesterday evening- so far we have received another 13 mm of rain today.
Temperatur right now is 10.6°C (51°F)
Is a "double post" okay here, after 11 days of silence?
It's a quite stormy night here at the Northsea Coast- numerous showers are coming in from the north sea and every now and then a clap of thunder can also be heard.
Temperature right now (1:59 AM) is 8.2°C (46.8°F)
Clear and cold 44 F in Roseville, MI &mmm
Fine monday morning in Brisbane :D
Looks like we will see our frost tonight. Right now it's +0.2°C (32°F) and foggy. :)
Well, it's 93 degrees right now with a low of 43 degrees here in Phoenix AZ at 4:21 p.m.

There's still no power were I live... Lots of downed branches and trees. Some cars have been totaled because branches full of snow and leaves fell on them.
Beautiful autumn day in northeast Arkansas (southern U.S.) - 58F (14.5C).
Sunny, a few clouds, and much too cold and windy to go without snow.
Freeze warning in effect, and ??? are you serious? Forty-eight degrees my b0x0r! It can't be THAT warm... %bur2$
63oF and falling in Colorado Springs, CO. It's been pretty nice all day, considering it snowed two weeks ago. :P

yeh, i had to take a few detours on my way home from uni. today. some big old trees (and powerlines) blocking the roads. there were also a lot of traffic lights out...and bad drivers!
Sunny, blue skies, slightly breezy, and pleasantly warm! Nothing like a couple days ago...
Sunny and 17c 62F. amazing for November in Detroit. Supposed to be 21c 69F tomorrow. :)
Cold, foggy and almost snowy in Gdynia: 2°C right now. Kinda sad, taking into mind how other places in the globe are surprisingly sunny and warm :D
It's 79F with clear skies now in Central Texas. Perfect weather, especially for Texas during this time.

firefox weather plugin says cloudless night at 8°C (2110 hours)
the day was... well... not too warm, more or less cloudy and pretty humid
I hope it is global warming. ;D I am sick of having winters. ;) Would be nice to have palm trees in the Detroit Metro area. :)

Today we will have about 4 hours of daylight. However this time decrease rapidly every day now.
now, its not too bad. -3 celcius. starting tonight, up to 50cm of snow...glad im home for the rest of the week!
Cold... Windy... Sunny with a few clouds... Occasional flurries... November. 'Nuff said.
Winter came quite early this year. We had the first snow cover already on the 21st November.
Usually it rarely happens before December.
This picture is from Saturday afternoon taken in our city park.

We had up to 5 cm of snow in the city, and about 13 cm in the suburbs, that's quite a lot of snow for the Coast (and even more so for November)
Now it's overcast and the temperature has already risen above freezing.
It's forecasted to be grey and dull over the next few days with temperatures between 6 and 8°C (42 to 47°F) and occassionally drizzle.
At Singapore,it is very sunny. So sunny now that my grandmother closed the windows to prevent too much heat.Time is 3.50pm.
right now, we are taking a break. We've had ice/snow storms, and another one is on the way. However, school is canceled, so thats why im here. However, we have to make up today in June... It's 26 degrees
This is very unusual for Seattle! The whole region is paralyzed! The city is never prepared for this much snow.

Windy in Roanoke this morning, and it was 15F outside just before 7 when my dad had me on the porch exercising. I have no idea what made him get me up at 6:30 - he seemed his normal self... But anyway, I was very cold and is it really 9 AM already?! That explains why it's 27F outside now... I wish it were snowing, that would make the cold worth the misery I endured for twenty minutes this morning... But hey, it's warmer here than it is in Minnesota! ::)

the weather earlier was very rainy, but then it brightened up around noon or 1pm. and a balmy 78 degrees! i guess that's what you get in florida.
It's been cloudy - not overcast, which is what "cloudy" usually means: the clouds had structure today - but they covered the ent!re sky. No rain and it was cool - but warm enough for me to go without a jacket. (But not warm enough for short sleeves like i wore a few weeks ago)
First time I can remember seeing a sky with no clouds at all, not even on the horizon. Everything is so much more vivid and colorful, it's is amazing, especially for Britain.

The weather was HORRIBLE last night! Heavy thunderstorms, rain and strong winds here in Zoetermeer. Heavy rain + strong winds = leaking roof. And since I'm sleeping on the upper floor, I didn't sleep very well. Fortunately, I didn't get wet.

It's been a tad rainy the past few days, but today and most of the past 3 weeks have been quite the summer here in Vancouver. It's nice when you don't have to wait until the end of August for the grey clouds to go away. Of course, I willingly reside in a rain forest, so I shouldn't complain when it rains 200 days of the year.
Gooood afternoon and taking a look at your forecast for today it should be mostly cloudy and with highs around 78 with a chance for showers later in the day...
oooh whoopsie sorry still in the forecasting mood lol sitting here at work and looking out our nice picture window and it should be pretty nice for now lol... Currently in Rhinelander its 64 and a few fluffy white clouds, a picture perfect day lol

Actually no, it's not nice. It should be in the mid-to high 80's this time of year. It seems every year, our summers are getting cooler and winters getting colder. This is like a fall day in the middle of Sept...
Well, its certantly summer here. And nice weather here too. Sunshine, no clouds, no winds and almost +11 Celsius.
Yes, its so hot!!! I almost forgot getting with me my jacket when leaving home this morning (just almost, of course i remembered it when i acutally got out the door).

Thanks, but I'm glad today was on cool side. I had to carry 240 40lb bags [4800lbs total] of wood pellets into my boss's basement today, took me just over 4 hours to do. If it had been warmer than the 60F we had today under dark, gloomy skies, it would have been unbearable. Even though it was cool out today, it was still humid and lets just say I had this aroma about me that would make your nose curl up :D So glad to be sitting at home after a nice hot shower and wolfing down 3 hot dogs for lunch. Now I'm content and just waiting for my guests to arrive for the barbecue the wife and I are having today. We're kinda celebrating our birthdays a week late :P
In southern Poland during the day was hot (31C-35C), but for 3 hours it's rainy and windy. It's going for storm. And some cooler air ;)
It's rainy here but the plants are dancing now because they had a long time no water :P
its cold and cloudy in iowa...Usually this time of year its humid and high 90s, but all month its been high 60s and low 70s... ()what()
works for me, though. I was in TX last week and it was 110

How can it hot there in America when it here almost %bur2$
Yesterday was very hot again (33°C/91°F), to hot for cycling, my water boiled. Today and tomorrow it suppose to be 36°C/97°F.
And afcourse: sunny, no clouds :sunny:
Today a little less hot but no clouds. Maybe I can make my own water... :'(
Cool and possible rain today in northern Wisconsin, definitely not normal for this time of year. Should up in the mid-80's and muggy this time of year and the ground dry as a bone. Now it's tough pushing into the 70's and get sunshine all day. Odd, odd summer.

It's raining (again just like the past week ()sad()) and with a current temperature of +10.7°C (51°F) it's quite mild for Mid November.
Hoping to see a sign of the oncoming winter season very soon though.
Today - sunny and warm (about 16 degrees)
yesterday - clody (10 degrees)
2 days ago - sunny, the temperature was above 20 degrees! :o
50 degrees here approaching midnight. It was around 60 today. Extremely mild for northern michigan this time of year. Snow is just around the corner though.
Bah, what a scorcher down here. 40 frikkin degrees. AND it's a cloudy day.
It's currently 35o here... with a staggering 70% Humidity...
Hot doesn't begin to describe it here... %wrd
We are currently in the slightly rainier season.
Hawaii doesn't have many weather changes.

Looks like it was quite hot elsewhere, but here in Britain its been snowing and its pretty darn cold &mmm
17F here atm. Major snowstorm headed towards the East Coast of the USA. Hopefully we'll get 10" of snow by this time tomorrow. My kids will be happy with some fresh snow just in time for Christmas.
11.30pm and 28C with humidity = no sleep.......tomorrow looks good :sunny: 36C
-15°C (5°F) and snow. :)
Snow. Lots of snow. Fifteen inches of it in my neighborhood, over 16 inches at the airport across town. In a place where two inches is a big deal, and just the prospect of it closes schools. (Roanoke, VA)
In theory, we get an average of 23 inches of snow per year. But the past few years we've been lucky to break 8.
31F and cloudy.
- 10 degree and a cold wind blowing. About 2cm snow, too.
No, not in Istanbul, had been appr + degree and raining yesterday but here in the village in the northern Black Forrest where my parents live that I am visting at the moment.
I was f***ng freezing yesterday night because that $%@%§ airplane was 75 min too late which made me miss my train and hence waiting all the time on cold platforms.
It's a beautiful winter day!
In morning was -20°C (-4°F), in afternoon will be -5°C (23°F) and 20cm of snow ;D
But in Tuesday will be 10°C (50°F) and rain :'( :'( :'(
No white christmas again ()sad()

A few hours ago a snowplow finally came by. Three days after it quit snowing. And there's still snow packed down where it came by, from the 4x4s (and the few pathetic 4x2s) that had to get through the snow.
Cold and sunny here in PCB,FL
Cold and very white, the clouds are white and theres snow everywhere and it's been snowing pretty much non stop (give or take a few hours) since last night.
And here it's sunny, the temperature at noon was about 12-13 degrees C, warm for the winter :sunny:
It was snowing heavily this morning til around 10.00, and I guess from the look of it 4-5 inc. Had to swith to winter drive mode to send the ms to work. Really not looking forward to any more tonight
Before it started snowing at 1pm, we had 13cm which is about 5 inch. And amazingly today my school announced they would be closed tommorrow, normally when it snows they say whether its open or closed in the morning of the day which means I have to do any homework the night before just in case school is open :)
I got lots of crappy white stuff all round where I live- someone make it all go away please ;D

Eh, lucky you. You have the cold and the snow. All I got is the cold........(40 F and sunny in Williamsburg, Va)
Here in my hometown,(the name is in my sig), it is very pleasant and sunny but last night, it was rainy and windy. It has been like that for the last few weeks. The temperature is 62 degrees.
Snow. Lots of snow. Craploads of snow. New snow on top of old snow. Waaay above average yearly snowfall count, and still coming down. Got out of school Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday this week because of it all. Not breaking any records, but it's possible that this winter will threaten some.
(Roanoke Virginia)
P.S. It normally takes a day for snow to melt, but the snow we got from the Best Blizzard the Uh-0s Could Manage on December 19 took about a month to melt. Then we got snow last weekend, which got me out of school for the first half of the week, and then it started snowing again yesterday, piling on top of the snow that didn't melt from last week. Roads are the utter pits of crap.
Oh, and did I mention that I crashed my dad's truck? Elaboration on request.
still riddled with snow here, and we're (as in the whole country) practically out of salt to get rid of the snow. I'm starting to get quite bored with the snow now
Little above freezing and foggy.
Started raining, in the morning, but by mid-afternoon it was hot and very humid.
it's nice here... 21oC in the mid day, in the heart of winter it's sunny but a lot of pollution in the city center.....
It was a nice day today in Vancouver. I sat watching Sweden beat Germany while outside my window the cherry blossoms bloom. Someone should have told the IOC that Vancovuer already had its winter. It was a Saturday morning in December. :D
It was a fine day in Mandurah, but then again, it's been non-stop summer since december.

It's the same in Denmark. Here it has been all white since mid-december. Haven't seen so much snow in years.
Here in Toronto, Ontario......I wish we had more snow here. This winter has been very mild. Very little snow and not really as cold as it usually is either. Think in total we have had about 20 cm of snow all season. The grass shows through just about every where. I have had no chance to take the kids tobogganing.
Robin
In Russia it s snowing all time, temperatures are between -5 c and -15 c the weather is so grey but I like it :)
In Seville, Spain. It's raining more than three months. now makes a temperature of 11 º C on January 20 came to snow. 56 years that it was not snowing. I remember that Seville suppliers hold the record for highest temperature of Europe, 46.6 º C in 1997.
Greetings.
In Cracow (like in whole Poland) it's still white but about +1C, so it's much water on sidewalks.
Regina, Canada:
Overcast, light wind and light snow. Hovering around 0 degrees Celcius. In fact the snow looks more like little white bugs flying around, because of the wind.
I'm in east Tennessee... it was sunny and warm today, but its supposed to get colder tomorrow.

Warwick, Rhode Island, over 85 degrees Fahrenheit (In early April!)

Here in SPARTA, New Jersey, it is Mostly cloudy and 67°F(20°C).
In Northern New Jersey, we have a temperate climate. So around here in the summer, it gets really hot :-[. 80s - 90s F (upper 20s - 30s C). In the winter, though, it is around the 30s-10s (1s - -10s) ()sad(). It's nice because we get nice beach weather and a lot of snow, too.
Here in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada we are getting SNOW!!! :'( May 1st and it is snowing!! Good ol' Canadian Prairies weather, you never know what your going to get. It's olny about -3C and I expect the snow to be gone before I wake up, but regardless I am unhappy.
California here! Sun all week and no rain. Here, in Salinas, the temperatures are around the 60s. But in Palm Springs, a couple hours away from me, it is in the 90s! HOT HOT HOT!
Here in Beaumont,TX it one of the most gorgeous days ive seen so far this year, it was perfect for national day of prayer, the sky was so blue and had amazing cirrus clouds and a wonderful sun. :)

This dry heat feels good since a majority of spring/summer days here on the gulf coast are unbearably humid as there is no rain in the forecast all week, very rare. And I love snow, out of all the 15 years of me being on this earth Ive seen snow 4 times here, twice this past winter. Beaumont had record low at my house of 16 degrees this past January. Even though I love cold weather that was serious cold!!!! :D
here in Cedar Rapids, its currently 52 F. This is much colder than norm, around 69 F. It also froze last weekend.... ???
Waiting for it to warm up and be more summer-like (its supposed to rain tomorrow :()

In Poland (as well as in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary) it's raining, and raining. In that case we have floods, the biggest since 1997. And in Krakow about 8C.
Sunny and 24C up here on the 66th parallel! Sorry Poland ;)

Oh my! Wasn't that area just hit by massive flooding? No mercy from Mother Nature.
Around here we have our first legitimate blizzard warning since 1993. Its goona be a fun next 24 hours lol.
Last month my city got 100cm+ dumped on us from a single snowstorm. The bulk of it was from a lake-effect snowsquall and only hit London. There was green grass 50km on either side of the city when it fell. :P

The central and eastern U.S. is in the grip of a huge winter storm. In my back yard, it's 25 degrees F, -3.9C with a wind chill factor of 12F/-10.5C.
Currently -18°F "Feels Like" -30°f... %wrd
And it's suposed to get to -29 by midnight. that would be cold for Celsius... In C, that would be -34 °C.... &dd
I heard it's very cold in the US again
ooh, and not again Australia that hot weather %wrd
It's not cold and not warm here in the low countries.
temperature: 3°C / 38°F
clouds: yes, no sun also no rain &mmm
Next weekend the temperature will rise to 11°C / 52°F. That's very warm for this time of the year here.
-Matthijs-
It's 17°F here, and the rain ended yesterday. We're on a cold, clear stretch until the next storm.
we have -2.5°C (I don't know what that would mean in °Fahrenheit ;D )here in Frauenau,Bavarian Forest,Bavaria,Germany
It was 15° F for me this morning. I don't mind, though, because it gets so hot here every summer. ()stsfd()
12F here in Iowa. Blizzard finished a few hours ago. Hard to tell exactly how much snow whe got. Looks like 2ft (2/3rds of a meter). Some drifts are over 4ft (1 1/3rd meters). Not fun. I hate winter.
It got up to about -5C (~15F) here today--pretty nice for February just south of the Arctic Circle! Stranger still it wasn't snowing, wasn't windy, and the sun was out.
Speaking of the sun, I no longer have to go to the top of a hill to see it and our days now approaching 7 hours in length, more than double that of late December, and are getting 7 minutes longer every day! Only fourteen weeks til it quits getting dark at night....
I can see why the storm is such a big deal down South, but all we got up here (Ontario) was a good dump.
Still, "Snowpocalypse"? Really? What's it gonna be ten years from now? (From the CBC's website: "Snownormous!....Chuck Snowris!...Snowzilla!...Snowverkill!...Snow way out!...
snOMG!!") ::) $%Grinno$%
Here on the Black Sea coast it's cold and sunny. There is still some snow that hasn't melted (the last snowfall was probably 2 weeks ago), the temperatures don't get any higher than 5C (40F). Hopefully, according to the weather forecast, the next couple of days will be warmer (about 10-15 C / 50-60F). :)
I'm in Tucson ARIZONA and it's about 17 degrees .....so much for dry heat... :D
Well my friends, 62F and sunny weather here in Portugal.
One word to describe today's weather: Wind
sometimes 65 miles/hour! force 7 on the scale of Beaufort... %wrd
It's not cold for this time of the year with 54 F / 11 C
Sticky, (17C), thunderstorms, flash flooding (house leaking like a sieve). We're getting the tail-end of the two latest cyclones 2500klms north (North Qld). And this is the middle of summer for us. Normally we'd be in the low-mid 30's (C), with a very dry heat.
The moisture here's of a different kind. It's the white, powdery, wintry kind. I've got about 6" of snow now, at 27° F.

Well, it's been sunny out but cold... We had a recent snow and a lot of it is still not melted... It was freezing yesterday though...
Right now it is 32°F/0°C
the weather has been so nice the past few days!
today it was 24°C/75°F and there was no cloud in the sky; it's like it is summer. :)
The weather forecast is the same as today :satisfied:
people from the Netherlands and neighbor countries can confirm that!
Hi
today we had a nice, sunny 22°C day here in the bavarian forest
I only wish it was 22° - 24°C here. The fact is, it is like summer here. It's 90° F, with winds that are blowing nearby fires out of control.
Currently, its about 70 degrees fahrenheit and cloudy. Really hoping for some rain, since the town I live in came within 50 feet of burning to the ground (fire was 50 feet from a structure when they stopped it, had that one caught, it likely would have jumped from structure to structure). Yes I live in North Central Texas and we really, really need some rain. Our local and area firefighters did an outstanding job Tuesday. &apls
Cloudy and depressing. I was sad all morning. :(
Frauenau, 630m :-12°C, little snow
Großer Arber, 1456m(highest mountain of the bavarian forest): -20°C
Today is finally warmer, this morning was only -8°C, before was every morning at least -15°C. And it's snowing (again) BTW.
Lots of sun here at Porto (Portugal). A bit cold (+5ºc) but we don't see rain since before Christmas.... :-[
Sunny, about -5ºC, white, but no snowing right now.
And probably poluttion norms exceeded 5 times...great, next time this winter...
After a couple weeks of -20 to -40 (-5F - -40F) it's now a balmy -10 (15F)! This is a very welcome relief but unfortunately the relatively warm air brings brings moisture and clouds will likely obscure what would otherwise be good nights for Auroras &mmm
Wow, a lot of you guys live in cold places. It was as hot as hell here in Cochin, at almost the southern tip of India, about 33oC and really humid, so you keep sweating all day and it doesn't evaporate. &hlp
Its clear, 69 degrees and 12:34 in the morning
It's cloudy, rainy, windy, 14°C at 10:59 in the morning.
Pretty atypical day around here for June..
Partly cloudy and only around 88F at the moment.
Really bright out my window, but mostly cloudy. Temperature around 84 degrees outside and low humidity.
Hot day, but went golfing anyway. Beat everyone on the course!
It's so hot and stuffy in Poland, currently 24°C at 0:00!
Thunderstorms expected in Bavaria. 26°C and cloudy....
50°C warmer than in january ;D
21°c, cloudy and sunny at the same time, quite a meh weather..

cloudless sunset and 26°C at 20:45 here in eastern bavaria.
11° C/ ~52°F here at latitude 66--and not a cloud in the sky. Except for the massive cloud of mosquitoes surrounding me! If you've never been to northern Finland I don't think it's possible to understand how bad mosquitoes can be. I've drenched myself (hair, clothes, everything) in bug repellent and refuse to go inside--time to celebrate the 4th of July with a bit of midnight sun

Yes the temperature changes vastly here.
It can dip below -40 in the winter, and can easily surpass +40 in the summer.
Temperatures tend not to change quickly here and it tends to be cold (as one would expect ::) ). I just learned the record high in the municipality was 31/89 but it's a fairly uncommon day that's over 25/77. People start complaining about the heat before even that :D Thanks to luck or global warming I've seen very close to the record high. Because of the hills and calm air we experience quite a bit of microclimates and the cold can get pretty extreme. When continental Russia sends us a particularly bad bit of high pressure winter weather temperature inversions can cause it to drop below -50/-58 in the low valleys :'( I live on a hillside and the lowest I've seen at home is -38/-36 but riding in a taxi with an external thermometer i've seen it drop many degrees just driving to the bottom.

It's raining here in Paris.. The sky isn't grey, but white. 19°C/66°F

Whether is still perfect in Sofia - today was 34deg., sunny and hot. Now is 21h and it is 33 deg. Forecast for next few days is to be up to 40 deg. Beautifullll. I like this weather.
Here in Fort Worth, Texas, it is partly cloudy and 33C (91F) at the moment (2:00 PM). There is also a possibility of thunderstorms today, which can mean only one thing on a summer day here: it's hot and humid outside.
The pattern now has me in the upper 80°'s F with fog every morning and storms every night. Of course the humidity is abundant, but it's summer after all.

:sunny:
That sounds too much like the heat wave we had here last summer. It gives me bad memories.
Were having a little cool spell, only 90 F (32 C) today. ;)
Here in Eastern Québec (Canada), close to Vermont, Maine and New Hamphire, it will be 33 C today. Right now, at 10AM it is 24C, no clouds in sight and a light breeze.....just beautiful.
First snow of this season on this altitude(over 1000m it snowed a weak ago :)), -1°C to 1°C
I'm looking forward to skiing :) :) :)
Funny this thread should come alive again today. Not much going on outside at the moment, but they tell me there's a big friggin' hurricane headed my way &mmm
I wish you all the luck you need to keep all your belongings where they are supposed to be....!
The weather here: sunny, no clouds whatsoever, about 50 C. Meaning: great autumn weather. Perfect for a walk through the forests. Maybe the best weather we have around here in the Netherlands.
Yes, Whatevermind, keep safe out there!
Frank, that's not good weather. . . way too cold! I need 10° to get a comfortable bicycle ride to work. This morning it was 2° and I was packed like I was going to the arctic.
Cheers
Willy
Not to bad yet here in Hasting MN but kinda scary for the east coast as they are getting ready for the Frankenstorm wow!!!
edit: trying out a pic placement from shutterfly as apparently in novemeber Imageshack is max of 500 images and well I have well over 1500 images and they are threating to delete down to 500.... uuuugh

Ah yeah Imageshack.... If I had the money I would create my own 10Tb server in which I'll put an online image hoster.... ::) ::)
Anyway, today it was rather sunny in Paris. Still getting colder day after day but I like it. I can't wait for our first snow. [if we ever have snow one day. ]
Watching the east coast hurricane - which is pushing a cold front that passed us yesterday back over us, by the time its done we'll be near 50mm of rainfall. And then Toronto will get a ride from what lefts of the beast herself... 20 foot + waves on Lake ontario.. wind sustained at 50 to 70 and gusts over 100 km/h and 50-100mm of rain, this could be one of the worst storms in history for this city. The conditions we're expecting is eriely close to a storm in the 50's that permanently wiped a neighbourhood of 38 homes from the map and caused extensive damage in the city.
I hope all goes well for those of you in the storm's path! I guess that's a good reason to be happy about that it's only -5(24F) here. A couple nights ago it got down to -20(-4) but the sauna is always available when I want it to be 80(180) ;D
Where I live: Campbell County, Tennessee. It's about 30 miles north from Knoxville,TN and Interstate 75 runs through my county. It's the East Tennessee Region.
Right now it's 36°F (1°C) with light freezing rain showers and winds of 25mph/40kmh, high of 42°F (3°C). Tonight's supposed to be in the high 20's/(~ -2°C). We are feeling the remants of Hurricane Sandy, and currently under a freeze warning with snow in mountainous areas in the E. Tennessee region.
Another region near us to the East, Southwestern Virginia - The I-81 corridor, all of SW Virginia is currently under a blizzard warning due to Sandy.
All of this "lovely" weather we're having is wreaking havoc on my sinuses. It was 75°F(24°C) in my area last Friday, then a sudden shift to 40°F tempertures last weekend and now we're in the mid-30°F range. But then this week on Wednesday-Halloween, my area's temperatures supposed to shoot back up to the high-60°F range.
So yes, this "lovely" weather is wreaking havoc on my sinuses &mmm
I live in a deserty part of the northwestern US and today it's dry and sunny here, barely even a whisper of air movement with a current temperature of around 40F. It's been unseasonably chilly here.
I've been looking at news of Hurricane Sandy and hoping everyone finds their way to safety. I worry that even with advanced warning and preparation time that it could be impossible for some people to get out of the path of the storm.
I'm in Northern Virginia just west of DC here, and Sandy's been giving me bucketloads of rain so far. Waiting for the high winds to pick up when the storm makes landfall tonight. Pretty glad I don't live closer to the coast right now!
Southern Quebec, near VT and NH....Freaking windy right now....8:10 PM EST
I can't stop watching this storm...
Lots of rain and wind here in southern Ontario. Toronto is bracing for storm surges when the remains of Sandy hit the city.... Sandbags around the shore of Lake Ontario and at subway stations are being set up just in case. The rest of the Great Lakes are preparing for surges and shore erosion.
Radar earlier today: red dot is where I am.

I don't live anywhere near the affected area, but I'm seeing all of the destruction due to non-stop TV coverage. Everything from schools to subways are shut down in NYC, power is out over huge chunks of the region (including lower Manhattan), and there have been floods and fires. This is rough! :o
me on a 50min walk to classes today (north-east Ohio)

@spot, LOL, I know what that's like.
Right now, chilly with a light rain and some residual gusting. Lots of small debris everywhere, but looks like my town fared alright. Some of the surrounding towns took some worse hits, but nothing close to what I'm seeing out of NYC and the Jersey Shore - looks like they took the worst of the storm.
Now if the temps would just get another 10d lower, we'd get some of that snow that West Virginia's been hogging. :P
Almost midnight. Clear skies, 9 °C. I'm afraid tomorrow morning I'll be feeling the same as spot on my way to school ;D After the long, hot and dry summer it's been raining heavily in the last few days (fortunately it's stopped already). It still is nowhere near as close as what it seems to be like at the North American East coast. Good luck to anyone living out there.
Here in Raleigh, North Carolina, it's 48 degrees Fahrenheit (9 degrees Celsius) at 2 PM because of Hurricane Sandy that came over NC on Sunday/Monday.
+1 and unusually sunny here in Oulu. It'll be a few degrees colder when I travel away from the sea later today and will dip down to -10 this evening but with clear skies that should offer a good chance of catching auroras.
More interesting though is what's going on in Siilijoki's (http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=12162.msg439156#msg439156) real world location (http://maps.google.fi/maps?q=cairns&ll=-18.509563,146.257896&spn=0.259148,0.523224&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-a&hnear=Cairns+Queensland,+Australia&gl=fi&t=h&z=12). Siilijoki will witness a total eclipse of the sun today (http://spaceweather.com/). It's almost creepy such an astronomical sign would occur just the day after it's election to the Hall of Fame ?=mad)=
On that note, thanks so much to everyone who's supported my MD over the last two years &dance
It got down to 32° F (0° C) last night for the first time this fall. We have finally had our first freeze, and I'm glad to see it. The sky is crystal clear.
Purple clouds in evening sky in Vantaa. It's about 3° C and wind is calm. Snow is still avoiding us.

Auroras are so rare in Vantaa that I was planning to take a trip to north this winter to see them again. There is a chance that we will rent a cabin for a short vacation and practise some ice fishing while at it. :)
We've had fog and....more fog. Then the weather forecast said we'd have a beautiful sunny day to be followed by days of rain "across the valley" and no sunshine for the next week. Ah, but wait! "Across the valley" is to the east of us. We're on the edge of most of those storm systems. It was sunny all right, and windy. And it was COLD! That was the day I finally got to start planting my fall bulbs. That was the day I came inside and felt like I had caught something horrible. I'm glad it was only the wind messing with my sinuses because it took me several hours on each of three days to get those bulbs planted and every one of those days was varying degrees of cold and windy. Oh, and there was a LITTLE bit of sunshine peeking through the clouds occasionally.
@Reginasunrae: What are you planting?
Weather is cold and clear here (40's F high they say). Get's dark early, sun setting at about 4:30.
I saw a rare White Christmas with 6" of snow and 25 °F (-4 °C) last night. Yes! ;D
Raining.... Raining.... Raining..... chance of a tornado? :o
49 degrees Fahrenheit. Cloudy, winds gusting to about 15 mph.
A hah! So it's not always sunny out there $%Grinno$%
It's about -25C/-10F around here, no wind and cloudy. Fortunately it was clear for the conjunction of the moon and jupiter last night and it's just as well it's cloudy now as the aurora forecast is pretty poor.
:D :D :D :D :sunny: :D :D :D :D
You are so funny..... I meant that over the clouds, there is always sun. Even when it's cloudy. Not what you "thought".
-4c ... -12c with the windchill, currently winds are 30 gusting to 50.. but will increase to 40 gusting to 70 tonight with 10cm of snow, and possibly more along the shoreline of Lake Ontario. We are expected to be right on line for Blizzard conditions tonight in Canada's largest city, fun!
+10C / 50F here, quite windy, and raining. Poorest Christmas weather in my memory.
Cheers
Willy

Yup.
I could only wish a cold Christmas or a white Christmas. This Christmas was like it's autumn. It's currently 7*C/45*F and there's heaps of rain outside. :(
Snow can be fun, but it can also be the opposite of fun:

yes - but that picture from Haljackey is the 401... one of the widest and busiest freeways in the world after 15cm of snow overnight, the worst storm since March 2011. The question now, in Toronto atleast, is the snow going to all melt quickly or survive into March.
Huh, about 4-6 weeks ago we have similiar problem with snow on A2 motorway.
However today is rather warm. 4-5 C during the day, no fall, just some slices of the melting snow. I would never guess that's December, if I didn't know it.
It's too frikin hot here. 21°F/-6°C I'm in my t-shirt and shorts.
This is the road from my home to the town.

I don't get 'round much to post daily weather updates but I declare, we've had a wild fall! We've had more wind than I've seen in almost twenty years, days on end of it blowing at anywhere from 45 to 60 mph. The only cold was the wind chill factor. Then a couple of days before Christmas the wind died off and on Christmas day it started snowing and we still have snow! For about the past twenty years we've had very warm winters where IF it snows at all it's just a skift that's melted off by noon. The last cold winter I remember was 1990-91 when our daytime high was -20F. Right now it's around 20F, considerably warmer than -20F but a lot colder than the 45F we've been having for the last several years.
Not only do we have snow on the ground but we've also been waking up to fog that's putting frost on all the trees and bushes. This morning I looked out the window to sun glistening on all the snow and frost. It was beautiful! Amidst the snow one of my carnations is still trying to bloom. The snapdragons look like they finally bit it but they were blooming up until about two weeks ago. I had to laugh at the thought that I'd left the gladiola in the ground because the winters here have become so mild there wasn't much point in digging them. I mulched them with about four inches of grass so they'll probably be okay anyway. I remember the winter it got down to -20F I had glads on the south side of the house. I'd dug the large corms and didn't want to bother with the tiny ones so left them to winter-kill. Late the next spring I saw their little leaves poking out of the ground. I'm loving a winter that to me feels like a normal winter. Ours were getting entirely too wimpy for my tastes.
Here in New Zealand, the whole of the North Island has been declared a drought zone, and the expectation is that the South Island will start declaring drought zones soon, where I live we have 18 days of drinking water left in the region and there is a $20000 fine if you are caught wasting water, this is Autumn here so normally we should be getting rain, but its been lovely weather week after week of clear blue skies and no wind and obviously no rain either.
:sunny:
It's unusually warm here considering we're nearing the end of the winter. My thermometer says it's 21°C / 70°F outside. It's sunny with just a few clouds. It's windy too.
Here in Germany we have just got snow again, which is unusual too in mid-March. ::)
In Poland it is usual, sometimes we have got snow in April :P
Currently -3°C in Kraków.
55° and clear, with winds S at 5 mph. Spring is definitely upon us.
What spring? Snow, wind, clouds, and 40 F / 5 C.
Cheers
Willy
Here in Lebanon spring is starting with a heat wave and 36 C! :o I'd take snow any day instead of this heat :P
79° F and fair. Winds S at 9 mph, gusting to 18 mph.

Aha, it's Texas. I was already looking at the weather map which places are 79° :P
Getting warmer over here. Therefore, also getting rainier. :(

Ha, want to trade for a day? $%Grinno$% -42 Wednesday morning. Thank god I don't have to go outside to get to work :D But unfortunately the pipes froze.
Hmm, -42...
I like the cold better than the heat.
Anyways, it's 74 F here in North Carolina. Hottest it's been this year so far!
