Here I added some lights. I quite like how it looks. Will work a bit the top roof light though.

Beautiful contemporary architecture!  The staircase is an eye-catcher, particularly at night!

Fantastic work.  Maybe a little more dirty texture for the ventilation on the small building?

One other small thing. The texture of the lowest stairway looks different than the others. It is a bit more blurry than the textue above.

There is one thing that bothers me.
White signboard => "わ ら と"
Yellow neon sign => "と わ ら"
Which is true? Or, they are both true? ...Or "FMおだわら"?

Um, what exactly are they supposed to mean (in English)? Google translate returns nonsense , even with common sense trying to sort out the inconsistencies (it translates it, but the result doesn't mean anything). Too bad I can't read Japanese.

Actually I messed up the top character on the sign. I wrote "Wa" " わ" instead of "Ya" " や " ... And the order of the characters.. My mistake.

I'll bet this sign is read as traditionally top->bottom  right->left.
Which makes that sign " とらや " " To Ra Ya "

After doing some research I found out the Toraya group [Link] is a Traditional Japanese Confectionery group created in the 16th century. Luxury Pastry... They even have a shop in Paris, near La Concorde. What they produce looks tasty.. Too bad it's probably hell expensive..






Anyway concerning the building. The whole pastry shop and tea room sounds cool, but I'll probably leave it as offices inside.  I'm going to change the signs to what they really are though.

I'm going to change that, I'll post renders later today.

Like the new sign better. 

Maybe turn of one of the light on stairs at the back. The light looks a bit to even to be real.


Other than that, go a head a do the export.

To be honest, I sort of liked the sign better when it read nonsense (but that's just because I can't read Japanese and would never know the difference).
