I went through EVERY tool and DID NOT see no option for a config.bmp!!! how do I load one??

Before ever opening terraformer, create a folder inside your /Region directory and place the config.bmp inside that folder.  Then when you start terraformer, open that Region, the config will pop up, and you can go about your greyscale import.
