LEX CD?

So I recently PM'd for the DVD download link. Reading around, I found that I am supposed to get a CD when donating that has the content that was released after the DVD?

I donated a months back and I don't think I ever got the CD? Is it sent using registered mail?

I live in Australia so there should be no hurdles receiving the mail (besides the distance  ).
