Kerguelen / Grand Terre

I'd like to request Kerguelen / Grand Terre which is a place I didn't know existed until about 15 minutes ago.

Something about starting a new city on such an isolated place appeals to me.

If the island must be cut in half, I'd prefer the eastern half, as that is where most of the settlements are.

Note that I'm also posting this over on ST, so please PM me if you are willing to help me create this, so that I dont get two people working on the same thing.
