Lol, actually it's because there (supposed to) be buildings below it on that lot. I think you missing one of the maxis buildings dependencies.  :)

well when im done with all the packs i will make some additional pylons
and one will be the yangtze river crossing wich contains pylons that are 346.5 meters tall.

I've seen some simmilar pictures:
- Streetlight placed on a street (Province of Limburg, the Netherlands)
- Telephone pole with streetlight placed on road (Belgium)

So this happen some more times in RL  ;D

BTW, if you've looked closely at the pictures, you'll see that it's not a train skin missing... but the train is Semi-transparent...

Oops - there's a tree growing out of that container.  Looks like customs officials weren't doing their job properly...

What about this: 9 freight trucks taking the longest possible route to get to the neighbour next door - including a scenic tour around the city before leaving, and running the risk of getting stuck in a gridlock in the business district:

I see a FLUP there. Have you build that up properly. That might cause this oddity.

It's probably not a FLUP, but one of Marrast's old underpasses - and it might be possible that it doesn't let pass freight trucks...
