What the................................this has to be the Simcity version of Platform 9.

Due to the rise of extreme activities, elevated highways are now fitted with giant holes in the middle of each side, and roads are now fitted with ramps.

@samerton : I started SC4 with no mods or patches, and both SC4 deluxe, SC4: RH, and SC4: base game all have the same thing. I watched the whole intro, and at that shown part, THERE IS A BROWN BOX!!!

One wonders why a town of 20 000 people would have that many busses in its fleet. The chain continued quite a way past the edge of the picture too.

Wow! That is strange, though I don't think it's a graphics issue because some of the buildings work fine (the ones from your plugins folder) and I think I know what the problem is. It looks like you're missing some files from your SimCity 4 install folder.

This happens all the time to me. It always comes if I minimize the program and show the Windows desktop. Usually if you change the view a few times it works out for me.

This happened when I forgot to restore my plugin's folder. Also, there seems to be random maxis buildings.

I'm surprised your game didn't crash. Whenever I forget to restore my plugin folder, the game lets me know by the infamous crashing to the desktop.
