Heh, this has happened to me several times before. Luckily you can just exit the city and the water would be gone. ;)

carkid1998

One time my friend played SC4 on a blank tile, used the rain tool, and the water covered the tile! I hope that doesn't happen to us!
Sendona... Coming soon!

Have you found is there anything wrong? ;)

.2

You might notify there're many catenaries, but there's no any bridge. :)

.3

The train will get on "the bridge".

.4

Oh, it failed. :D

I love airplanes.

"Bring the plane up! UP!"
"I'm trying! I'm trying!"
"You're not trying hard enough!"

"Oh my god... this land is sticky."

"Plane 12 responding, on my way"

Heh, the ghost bridge!  :D $%Grinno$%

Ghosts don't have shadows, and here we have a shadow without an object, so it must be something different  ;D

My glitch is... erm, unusual... floating avenue medians. It adds a new dimension to the phrase "sunken highways."

I know how I got them--I razed a huge section of a large city tile and rebuilt on it--and you can get rid of them by, well, bulldozing the water. ::)

Didn't even realise this had happened. Removed one of the posts to sort things out.
Thanks for catching that Adam

Here's an interesting one.. :)

This was seen in a ZONES view in SC4RH  There appears to be some "hidden prop" that exists in a "abandoned" state inside the WTC building

If you turn off "zone view" it looks perfectly normal

Suppose it relates to some building model or dummy used in the lot construction.. dunno

I've got one, something interesting I managed to do with the GLR trains (BART skin) if I take out the track with a land lowering and a nuke respectively.

I've also done this with GLR:

lol I like the nuclear ghost train. Looks a bit like it pops up from another dimensions or so

Well, these oddities are not SC4 oddities, but still these are game oddities. From Need For Speed Underground 2, to be exact. This game also has quite a lot things that are wrong, or making no sense...

The road markings are making no sense (yellow lines in the medians are OK, but yellow lines on the edges?)

Open medians? In the middle of an Interstate Highway?

You are allowed to take this exit, although the road markings shows something else.

Yep, this is a two way roundabout...

... and this is a TLA.

The signs make no sense too. Which way to the I-27?

The sign sais two lanes on the left to Beacon Hill, but I definitly see three.

Here again. There are definitly three lanes at the left and one in the middle.

The sign I-27 South doesn't lead to the I-27 at all.

Geez, that's a large sign! And it has not much clearance for vehicles passing underneath it.

60 mph/96 km/h looks like quite a high maximum speed for this two-lane city road.

And last but not least: there seems no way out of the city of Bayview

Ah, these pics remind me of the good old days when I was playing this game :D About the last pic - this is quite common, in most games (take any GTA for example) the cities are closed ;)
