When the lights come on at night on some of the LEX or STEX downloaded airport terminals it looks like people inside maybe other props. Can anyone tell us how put them in a BAT someone may be designing from scratch?
The people inside the terminals aren't props but modeled into the terminal buildings. If you're building your own model, you can either model them by hand or find some free of use models online. (Check Google 3D warehouse, some good models there. ) It's not necessary to model the people really well considering the max zoom of SC4 wouldn't allow to see them that well.

I forgot to mention, but the 3D Warehouse models are made with Google Sketchup. However, you can export them in .3DS format from Sketchup to be able to import them into Gmax BAT / 3dsmax. If you have any question don't hesitate to ask them. :)
