Invisible Transit Stations

Does anybody know where I can get invisible transit stations for Elevated Rail, GLR, Rail, Subway, and/or Bus? If not, can someone tell me how to make one or make one themself? Thank you!

Just use the Lot Editor and remove all the props, except for the rail props.
