I love these unusual very large sidewalks and open spaces (open but not empty ) everywhere . 
You have to use all tricks possible to avoid repetitions with trees ... rotate them randomely a little more (Porkissimo's ones particularly ) and the birch trees you're using for the center of your avenues are available in 3 different sizes ... you know, that's the paradox, more it's good , more defects are visible ....
The chess plaza and palacio Cristalino are very well coordinated .

Have also a request , I wonder from where is coming this kind of Pizza van prop ... I guess it could be from MAPP ... ?
