Petronas trigger mansions

I've just come back to playing after a few years away. I'm hoping you guys can help me out!

I'm growing 2 trigger mansions with brown boxes, it seems that the whole lot is missing? One is Casa Carlos, the other is La Fountaine. Casa Carlos is growing on a 6x5/5x6 lot. I can query it, but I can't find it in the lot editor to look at it. I looked at all the 6x5/5x6 R$$$ and R$$ lots, and I'm not finding it. I reinstalled all the mansion stuff from the dvd. I also can't find a lot for it in my plugins folder, in the BSC trigger mansion lot list. Is it listed in the lot editor as something else?

I forgot to look at the lot size of La Fountaine before I destroyed it.
