Different size plain lots with just white corner posts. 10x10, 10x5 and with park effects. Then the huge treed areas in cities can actually be huge parks
If you plop a plain lot all previously planted godmode trees will be lost, thus defeating the purpose. Besides, most MMP flora already reduces air pollution which increases desirability. In other words, if one were to construct woodlands or park with mmps, one will see new rci development take off in the surrounding area (provided the game is paused during woodland / park construction).
