I am offering another gift to the community (well it is Christmas after all) and this time a very exclusive BAT
that was made for me (back in 2009 by JFMyers) when playing GRV2. It is now available here for your game.
Better late than never though.

I have used maxis flora on the lot so that if you are using a tree mod it should fit right in.

It is a stage2 farm with a lot size of 6X6 and yes I know there are a few dependencies but most folks should have
them as they are fairly well used packs.
