Originally made in 2003, this lot has been updated using the X_Tool to give an increased number of civic jobs, a higher plop cost and a higher monthly cost.
There is no big story behind this LOT ... I have built it for myself because I do not like to battle with Waste Disposal in my cities. The generation of garbage is managed by a very buggy engine and all sorts of weird and wonderful things pops up from time to time in and around the garbage generation and management sections of the game. This lot is a brute of a WTE. The LOT eats as much garbage as 6 SC4 WTE Plantswith less pollution. I place this lot in a central city and then all the neighbours throw their trash this way. I spent the time on the design of the lot because I like my lots to look pretty. So in the end this could very easily be seen as a RADICAL mod but as the saying goes ... desperate times calls for desperate measures. Until MAXIS fixes the GARBAGE ENGINE this LSU Plant will be my answer.

|wwebber||There are a lot of people messing around with the Buildings as Props plugin, resulting in ST being overloaded with crappy lots. However, you did a proper job here. Thanks a lot for this lot.||2012-03-18|

|dmef||I was looking for a low pollution building to dispose my garbage and bingo you did it. thank for a great upload||2011-03-01|
|Death50||I like the fact it\'s not supported by 50 dependencies, it\'s simple, effective and does blend in pretty well. It\'s also not really a radical building too me because if you\'re trying to make a desert city like Las Vegas this is a good answer||2010-06-09|

|mad_genius||It looks great. I\'m going to try it right now. You should think about making it a reward based on high-tech industrial jobs.||2008-11-02|
